Refund Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

Version 1.0, effective 19 August 2026. This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is the governing document for all refund requests. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.

1. Summary

We want you to be able to change your mind. When you first buy a plan you have a 14-day refund window, and for the first 48 hours that refund is unconditional. Renewal payments are not refundable, so cancel before a renewal if you do not want to continue.

When you askWhat you get
Within 48 hours of your first paymentFull refund. No reason required, whether or not you have used the platform.
48 hours to 14 days after your first paymentFull refund, provided you have not accessed any course content since that payment.
More than 14 days after your first payment, or any renewalNo refund. You can still cancel to stop all future payments.

The sections below set out exactly what these terms mean. Section 5 defines what counts as accessing content, Section 7 covers renewals, and Section 8 covers purchases made inside our iOS app, which Apple refunds rather than us.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to every payment you make to us, including:

  • Lifetime Access
  • Arabic Programme, monthly and annual
  • Precision Programme, monthly and annual

It applies to your first payment on a plan. It does not apply to renewal payments, which are covered by Section 7.

Free access does not fall under this policy. Where we have granted you access at no charge, for example a promotional or reactivation offer or a complimentary class, there is no payment to refund. Withdrawing free access is not a refundable event.

3. The First 48 Hours: Unconditional

If you request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment on a plan, we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter how much of the platform you have used in that time.

The 48 hours run from the moment your payment is taken, which is the date and time shown on your receipt.

4. Days 3 to 14: Refundable If You Have Not Used the Platform

Between 48 hours and 14 days after your first payment on a plan, we will refund that payment in full provided your account shows no recorded activity since that payment.

Our courses are digital and are delivered to you immediately. Once you have watched, attended or downloaded the material, it cannot be returned to us, and we have already paid to host, stream and teach it. That is why the refund after the first 48 hours depends on the content being unused.

If you have used the platform, you may still cancel at any time to stop all future payments. See Section 6.

5. What Counts as Accessing Content

For the purposes of Section 4, you have accessed content if, since the payment in question, any of the following has occurred on your account:

  • starting playback of any video, including course videos, library videos and AMAR Exclusives
  • joining a live class
  • starting a quiz or an exam
  • downloading a video for offline viewing

Nothing else counts. Signing in, browsing the catalogue, reading the forum or updating your account details will not affect your refund.

We determine this from our server-side records. If we decline a refund on this basis, we will tell you which activity we relied on and when it was recorded, so that you can check it. If you believe the record is wrong, tell us and we will review it.

6. After 14 Days

Payments made more than 14 days ago are not refundable. This includes the current period of a subscription that has already begun.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancelling stops all future payments. It does not refund a payment already taken, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

7. Subscriptions and Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable. The 14-day window in Sections 3 and 4 applies to your first payment on a plan. Once a subscription renews, that renewal payment stands.

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling before your renewal date prevents the next payment from being taken. Cancelling does not refund a renewal that has already been charged, so please cancel ahead of the date if you do not intend to continue.

Your renewal date is shown in your account settings and in the billing portal, and we email you a receipt each time a payment is taken.

If you cancelled, lost access, and later bought a plan again, that is a new purchase rather than a renewal, and it carries a fresh 14-day window on the terms in Sections 3 and 4.

8. Purchases Made Inside the iOS App

If you subscribed through our iOS app, your purchase was made through Apple and billed to your Apple ID. Apple is the seller for those transactions.

We cannot issue a refund for a purchase made through Apple. We do not receive or control that payment, and we have no ability to reverse it. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple decides them under its own terms. Apple's decision may differ from the outcome this policy would give.

You can also manage or cancel an Apple subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

Purchases made on our website are billed by us through Stripe, and this policy applies to them in full. If you are not sure which applies to you, email us and we will check.

9. How to Request a Refund

Submit a request through our billing request form. Sign in with the account that made the purchase and the form will pick up your plan and payment details automatically, so there is nothing you need to look up.

The form asks you to pick a reason. Answer honestly; it routes your request to the right person and does not affect whether you qualify. Qualifying is decided by the timings in Sections 3 and 4, not by the reason you give.

If you cannot sign in, for example because you no longer have access to the account, email enquiries@rahmaniyyah.com from the address on the account and we will handle it for you.

We aim to acknowledge every refund request within 2 business days and to decide it within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account. Once we process it, the money typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When we refund a subscription payment, your access to the programme ends at the same time.

10. Exceptions

We will not issue a refund where:

  • your account has been suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service, including unauthorised sharing, recording or redistribution of course content
  • the request relates to a payment you have already been refunded
  • we reasonably conclude the refund process is being used repeatedly to obtain access without paying for it

We will normally refund a given customer once per product. If you have previously been refunded for a programme and buy it again, the 48-hour unconditional period does not apply to the new purchase.

11. Chargebacks: Please Contact Us First

If something has gone wrong with a payment, please raise it with us before contacting your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback can, and this policy is deliberately generous so that you rarely need one.

Where a chargeback is raised, we will respond to your bank with the relevant records, which may include your payment receipt, this policy as published at the time of your purchase, and the access records described in Section 5. We may suspend access to the account while a chargeback is open, and restore it if the chargeback is withdrawn or resolved in our favour.

Raising a chargeback does not remove your right to a refund under this policy. If you are entitled to one, you are entitled to it either way.

12. Your Statutory Rights

This policy sets out what we offer voluntarily. It is in addition to your rights under the law and does not limit or replace them.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have statutory cancellation rights in respect of digital content bought online. Nothing in this policy affects those rights, or your rights in respect of content that is faulty, not as described, or not supplied. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.

Consumers elsewhere may have equivalent protections under local law, and this policy does not limit those either.

13. Technical Problems

If you cannot access content you have paid for because of a fault on our side, that is not a refund question in the first instance. Contact us and we will fix it. Time lost to a fault of ours does not count against your 14-day window, and if we cannot deliver what you paid for, we will refund you regardless of the timings in this policy.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Any change applies only to purchases made after it is published; the version live at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The version number and effective date are shown at the top of this page.

15. Contact Information

If you have questions about this Refund Policy, or you are not sure whether a purchase qualifies, please contact us. We would rather answer the question than have you guess:
